From September 12 to 19, we invite art enthusiasts of all levels to a unique watercolor retreat in the elegant town of Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, just outside Paris. You’ll stay in a charming private villa with classic French ambiance, surrounded by peaceful gardens and just minutes from the Palace of Versailles. Each guest will have their own private bedroom—unless sharing with a companion—ensuring comfort, rest, and personal space. Our private chef will prepare all meals daily, from fresh morning pastries to candlelit dinners. This all-inclusive experience allows you to fully relax, recharge, and focus on creative exploration. Daily watercolor sessions will take place in the villa’s garden or nearby locations, with all premium art materials provided. Sessions are tailored to support beginners and experienced enthusiasts alike, with plenty of space for individual growth and group inspiration. During the week, we’ll embark on two unforgettable excursions: A visit to Auvers-sur-Oise, the village where Vincent van Gogh spent his final months. We’ll walk in his footsteps and sketch in the landscapes that shaped his legendary works. A guided tour of the stunning Palace of Versailles, a must-see for its history, architecture, and majestic gardens—perfect for sketching or simply soaking in the grandeur. All transportation during the retreat is included—from airport pickups to daily outings. Traveling with someone? If you’d like to share the experience with a non-painting spouse or friend, they are warmly welcome. Shared-room bookings are available, and the non-painter rate is $3,000 CAD + GST. Companions can join all meals, excursions, and enjoy free time while you paint.
