From May 29 to June 3, 2026, we will immerse ourselves in five days of painting, inspiration, and Italian beauty, staying in a charming villa with breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan hills. This retreat is designed for painters of all levels, whether you are looking to refine your skills, explore new techniques, or simply enjoy the joy of creating in a supportive environment. Each participant will have their own private room, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the stay. The villa offers a swimming pool, lush gardens, and spacious areas for relaxation and reflection, making it the perfect setting for creativity to flourish. Our retreat is all-inclusive, meaning you will enjoy delicious meals and refreshments throughout the day, along with high-quality art supplies provided for all painting sessions. We will combine studio workshops with plein air painting excursions, taking advantage of the beautiful landscapes surrounding Gambassi Terme. Guided painting sessions will help you develop your personal style, experiment with new techniques, and capture the beauty of Tuscany on your canvas. In addition to painting, you will have the opportunity to explore the nearby towns and the cultural treasures of Florence, adding a touch of adventure and inspiration to your artistic journey. Dates: May 29 - June 3, 2026 Participants: 13 people (limited spots for an intimate experience) Cost: 3,000 CAD per participant (+ GST) Deposit: 700 CAD to secure your spot Please note: Flights and travel insurance are not included Cancellation policy: Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before the retreat After that, deposits may be applied to future retreats or partially refunded depending on circumstances Spaces are limited, and spots are filling quickly. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled class start date to qualify for a refund. Refunds: If you cancel your reservation at least 5 days before the class start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the reservation amount paid. Cancellations made within 5 days of the class start date will not be eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled class without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Changes to Reservation: Changes to the reservation date or class type may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes. Additional fees may apply. Issue from school side: In the event of a class cancellation initiated by the school for reasons not attributable to the client, the client shall be entitled to reschedule the cancelled class to another available class at a time convenient to the client, subject to availability, and at no additional charge. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the cancellation notice.
