The remaining balance is due closer to the workshop date. Cancellation Policy The 250 CAD deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel more than 30 days before the workshop, you will receive a refund of your balance payment (minus the deposit). If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop, no refund is available, as materials and preparations will already be finalized. If the workshop is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all payments (including deposit) will be fully refunded.
